　　8月21日—22日，中国航天科工集团有限公司2025年战略研讨会在北京召开。连日来，所属各单位、总部各部门迅速传达学习本次会议精神和有关要求，结合自身实际研究部署贯彻落实举措。大家一致表示，将保持战略定力，坚定信心决心，坚持稳中求进、以进促稳，以实际行动奋力冲刺“十四五”、科学谋划“十五五”，为打造“不一样的航天科工”贡献力量。

牢记职责使命夯实发展基础

　　企业只有依法合规经营才能行稳致远。战略研讨会深刻指出要将依法依纪合规经营、“安全为先”等要求转化为“日用而不觉”的管理理念和行为习惯。各单位、各部门纷纷表示将坚决筑牢发展基础，实现“稳”的前提。

　　“集团公司战略研讨会系统谋划‘十五五’时期高质量发展路径，政治站位高、战略导向明、发展举措实。”航天数字党委将坚决贯彻集团公司战略研讨会精神，切实扛起数字化转型赋能集团公司高质量发展的使命责任，着力建好系统、沉淀好数据、积累好治理规则，加快提供便捷服务，协同各方力量打造好集团公司数字时代基础设施，着力夯实转型发展的数字基础，为集团公司增强核心功能、提升核心竞争力贡献数字力量。

锚定目标任务奋力攻坚冲刺

　　击鼓催征，时不我待。各单位、各部门锚定目标任务、坚定信心决心，纷纷拿出硬的举措、实的作风，奋力冲刺“十四五”收官和全年科研生产经营目标任务。

　　河南航天党委表示，集团公司在关键时期召开战略研讨会，对“十五五”发展谋篇布局，具有很强的战略性、针对性和指导性，更加坚定了我们推动发展模式转型、打造“不一样的航天科工”的信心和决心。河南航天将全面贯彻此次会议精神，持续加强党的领导，树牢正确的业绩观、发展观、事业观，坚持稳中求进总基调，坚定不移走“战略驱动、创新驱动”之路。进一步聚焦装备建设强国强军使命任务，紧紧围绕河南航天液压气动主业，锚定“专精特新”发展方向，认真做好“十四五”规划收官和“十五五”规划论证，全力支撑集团公司高质量发展、建设世界一流航天防务企业。
